Kindly read before booking
Deposit Policy
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service.
Payment Method
Cash only. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
No Extra Guests
Please come alone. No children, friends, or family unless discussed beforehand.
Children Policy
We love working with kids and we are very patient. For their comfort and safety, please ensure your child is able to sit calmly during the appointment. Additional time or fees may apply if needed.
Late Policy
A delay of up to 15 minutes is accepted. After that, a late fee may apply. After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Wait Policy
If we are finishing with another client, you may wait 10–15 minutes. Thank you for your patience.
Respect & Comfort
Please be respectful and come ready to enjoy a clean, calm, and relaxing experience.
Address Policy
For privacy and safety, the address will be sent after booking confirmation.
Hair Preparation
Hair must be clean, dry, and detangled before your appointment. A wash/blow dry fee of $30 will apply if needed. A minimum of 3–4 inches of natural hair is recommended for braiding services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
No-Shows
No-shows must pay the full service amount before booking again. Repeat no-shows may be refused.

I enjoyed every minute of my service. I got my hair done the day of the blizzard. She was able to take me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Hair was done in 4 hours. So nice and gentle.
